Press Release
The Maastricht Basketball Holdings Ltd (MBH) and its associated rebels team, would like to take
this opportunity to release a short press statement to the current events that have been
evolving in the media over the last 8-12 wee
ks in the trouw and the Limburger.

MBH and its associated partners, representatives, cooperation’s and stake holders have been
the recipients of local and national press attention recently. In order to completely be able to
handle and give a complete and thorough statement on the matter, MBH has stayed silent and
patient out of respect and integrity in regards to its press statements, in order to give time for
the MBH stake holders, cooperation’s and partners to create independent reviews, audits and
investigations to the allegations and biased reporting that has been in the press recently. Thus
allowing others to confirm that there is no justification to the stories and articles in the press.

Some of the stake holders, cooperation’s have confirmed and performed independent reviews
and audits, and have released their statements and findings publicly, informing that there has
been no wrongdoings or unjust acts performed by MBH that we know of, either financially,
legally or criminally.

To this fact, it now allows us to communicate our position, our thoughts and comments on the
articles and to now prove factually that the reporting has been excessively suggestive, without
providing factual information in print.
To this end, we will be consulting our media advisors, legal team and will include our partners,
stakeholders and cooperation’s information, reviews, investigative research to provide a
complete picture of events.

We will be focusing on the non factual applications that have been written about MBH, its
partners, officers, personnel or cooperation’s, to the point that we will actively seek
compensation, defamation of character, loss of resources or goodwill, reparations, false
reporting or creative journalism and other financial restitution from parties who have either
provided false information, disseminated information without permission, broken articles of
contracts, divulged private and sensitive information or simply false testimony.

In the coming weeks we will be releasing more information and press statements to verify our
stance and position. We would like to thank all the people and companies who have stood by us
in the very difficult and stressful period.
