Professional Positions
Maastricht basketball is the professional club of the BC Kimbria based in the city of Maastricht, The Netherlands. The team has created a 3-year plan to play in the Europe Cup. The new season of 2023-2024 the team will be playing in the top division in the Netherlands. The aim is to win the league and to qualify to play in the BNXT league with a view to the Europe cup.
The team is searching for the following basketball staff

Head Coach
The coach has to understand the responsibilities of running and coaching a professional team. The coach will be responsible for training the team and its players within the professional level and providing guidance to the amateur coaches to create a unified practice and training schedule.

The Head Coach will need to be able to speak a minimum of 2 languages. One being English due to the nature of the game and the nationalities involved in basketball.

Assistant Coach
This position will be to support the Head coach and to organize practices, individual development training and to liaise with management on the day-to-day operations or results required. In addition the assistant coach will give instructions and guidance to the amateur coaches looking to develop from the head coaches programs.

General Manager
The general manager will have an understanding of basketball operations, will understand how to work with the coaching staff to delegate and to organize, plan and implement all requirements of running a team. Direct liaison to Senior management and the Chairman on the day-to-day operations of the team. need to be able to speak a minimum of 2 languages. One being English due to the nature of the game and the nationalities involved in basketball.
